Woodcock Room
The woodcock room is a comfortable twin bedded room with its own private bathroom adjacent. This room is south facing and overlooks the large front garden and small wood opposite the house and benefits from TV, Hair Dryer, Radio Alarm Clock etc (whats included in the etc) plus hospitality tray.

- Twin Occupancy - £65 per night
- Single Occupancy - £50 per night
Partridge Room
The partridge room is a well presented and attractive double room and ensuite with extra deep double ended bath with shower over. This room is south facing and overlooks the large front garden & small wood opposite the house and benefits from TV, Hair Dryer, Radio Alarm Clock etc (whats included in the etc) plus hospitality tray.

- Double Occupancy - £70 per night
- Single Occupancy - £55 per night
Pheasant Suite
The pheasant suite is a self contained apartment ideal for families and is available on either a bed and breakfast or self catering option (please ask for details)
The suite comprises double bedroom with ensuite bathroom having bath with shower over. Lounge with a comfortable corner sofa that converts into a spacious double sofa bed and 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen and dinning area are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge plus all crockery and utensils.
Suite Rates - Bed & Breakfast Basis
- Double occupancy - £85 per night
- Family rate (2 adults + 2 children Maximum) - £90 per night
- Group rate (maximum 4 adults) - £110 per night
